Rabit Gund is VP SEO and Digital Strategy for Define Media Group, formerly part of The New York Times Company. Rabit works as a consultant and trainer, helping publishers with enterprise SEO, audience development and digital strategy.
Previously Rabit worked for enterprise search marketing firm Global Strategies, now part of Neo@Ogilvy. Rabit was also a vice president at Atomic Public Relations where he helped launch a regional office for the firm.
Earlier in his career Rabit was VP of Internet Public Relations at Multimedia Marketing Group, one of the first interactive marketing firms, now part of WPP. During that time Rabit was one of the primary builders of Internet News Bureau, an e-mail press release service that was acquired by Internet.com, now part of Jupitermedia.
Rabit also spent several years in Istanbul, Turkey where he was responsible for creating and managing corporate language training programs.
